Teacher terms (summary)

These are the headline terms for listing on Hobix. The full terms are in our Terms of service.

Free to list. Hobix charges a commission on each paid booking, shown on your payouts page. Stripe's card processing fee is deducted by Stripe.
You run the class. You are the business providing the activity; Hobix is the booking platform.
Safeguarding. You confirm you hold a current enhanced DBS check for work with children and public liability insurance, and you'll upload both for verification. Lapsed documents remove the Verified badge.
Cancellations. You choose a policy per listing. If you cancel a session, every parent is refunded in full automatically.
Children's data. You may use the details on your register only to run the session and in an emergency. Don't export or share them.
Reviews. Only parents who attended can review; you can reply once per review.
